Membership Admin System

SQUASH*Admin is an Online Member Administration System 100% integrated with the SQUASH*Web Online Court Booking System.

Obvious advantages are that the Club Secretary will only have to enter member information in one system. Changes to the membership database are automatically reflected in the booking system.

The system can be operated from any PC connected to the internet - no need for software installation and maintenance on the Club Secretary PC.

SQUASH*Admin modules includes:

Membership Database with basic member information
Account information: Collection records (e.g. annual subs) and payments
Prepayment information: Booking prepayments
Query Builder: Select fields, define filters and sorting sequence
Bulk emails to selected members - using Club Secretary's own mail system or the system's central mailserver
Download/Display selected members and information CSV files ready for import to Excel or Word Mail Merge
Automatically create collection records to selected members
