Established in 1985 Globus Data is a well experienced IT Development Company focusing on Online Booking Systems for Sports Clubs, Fitness and Leisure Centres and Public Libraries.

In April 2007 we established Globus Data UK Ltd. as a UK subsidiary. This company will form the basis for our future activities in the UK market.

Our main objective is product stability and high quality customer support which has been a major part of our success in Denmark where we support more than 100 customers using our Online Systems.

Globus Data have no sales staff which means that an experienced developer will be responsible for introducing the system to your club. We appreciate that some clubs will need a long time to make the final decision and many of our resources are spent on presales support to ensure that the club will receive sufficient information about our systems before deciding to go ahead.

Establishing an Online Court Booking System is not only a question of installing hardware and software in your club.
The success will depend upon stability and therefore our systems operate with highly standardized club computer(s) that are virtually maintenance-free and easily replacable in case of a hardware problem.
With more than 60.000 members using our systems regularly our concept has proven its stability during the past 8 years.

All our systems – software as well as data - are located on Globus Data’s secure servers which means that we are responsible for maintaining servers, operating system and data including security backups.

All the club needs to do is to provide the system with the appropriate data – e.g. new members - and this can be done from any PC connected to the internet.

All the systems are fully integrated and use the same membership database so that updates only needs to be carried out once.

We provide a ready-to-run solution – meaning that we will configure the system according to your club’s specifications. This includes importing your membership file and setup of court units, pricing and booking rules.

Please note that we offer to set up a fully functional trial system on the internet - customized for your club - with no obligations - giving you the opportunity to evaluate the system in a realistic environment.
This can include importing your membership file into the system thereby enabling club members to participate in the evaluation of the system.
